 Review of Construction State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Performance in Indonesia

There are 4 state-owned enterprises listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely:

1. PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk with the code ADHI

2. PT PP (Persero) Tbk with the code PTPP

3. PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk with the code WIKA

4. PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk with the code WSKT

On March 25, 2023, the author posted an article but only the WSKT issuer had not yet released its financial report.

At the time of this article's creation, WSKT had already released its annual report.

The author's initial review is as follows.

According to the author, the Construction State-Owned Enterprises in Indonesia are still struggling. This is reflected in the PER ratio which is more than 10x.

The ranking based on the above results is as follows:

1. PTPP with a final score of 13 points

2. ADHI with a final score of 21 points

3. WIKA with a final score of 22 points

4. WSKT with a final score of 34 points
