Review of P2P Portfolio Performance on Amartha in August 2023

I have received the investment report for August 2023 on the Amartha platform.

This month, I made a top-up of Rp 438,424, which is quite significant for me.

The return on investment that I received was Rp 92,130. There was an increase of Rp 51,590 compared to the previous month, which was only Rp 40,540. This increase is quite substantial, amounting to 127% compared to the previous month.
I don't pay too much attention to the principal installment of Rp 792,000, as this is the capital I invested.
There were no other changes compared to the previous month.
I have invested in P2P Amartha as my retirement fund. At the time of writing this article, my target return is Rp 5,016,598 (2x the minimum wage in Kabupaten Kendal). With a return of only Rp 92,130, the percentage of fulfillment is only 1.84%.
The returns from my investment plan will be used for living expenses. Of course, the minimum wage in Kabupaten Kendal may fluctuate, but my target ratio of 2x the minimum wage remains unchanged. Therefore, there is still 1x the minimum wage available for reinvestment (portfolio growth and the ability to beat inflation).

I plan for a relatively conservative approach in the progress of my investment, as P2P investments tie up capital for a 52-week period. It's evident that the progress has increased from 0.808% to 1.84%.
My minimum target to achieve by December 2023 is 50%.
The total number of my partner registrations is 29, with 21 partners falling under the "On Time" category, 1 partner with a payment delay, 2 partners who paid off early, and 5 partners currently waiting for disbursement. This aligns with my expectations, as I specifically chose partners with a credit score of A for 9 partners and A- for 19 partners. I refrained from selecting partners with credit scores below A because I lacked confidence in partners with credit scores of B, C, D, or E.
What caught my attention is that, in August 2023, one partner experienced a payment delay.
So far, there are still more than 60 partners with a credit score of A in the marketplace.
If we assume an investment of Rp 5,000,000 per partner, the capital required for 144 partners would be Rp 720,000,000, with an expected return of Rp 86,400,000.
I hope to secure the necessary capital soon to expedite my Financial Freedom target.
Over the past 5 months, my investment experience with P2P Amartha has been quite positive. Regular returns every week have made me satisfied. That's all for sharing about my P2P investment in Amartha.
